Importantly, the App does not require users to create an account or log in to access any of its features, and we strictly do not collect, store, or process any facial information from users.

Hroice is an AI-powered image tool that enables users to upload any image and convert it into classic American comic style works with one click, including retro hero, street graffiti, and American-style storyboard themes. The App’s AI technology intelligently retains the main features of the original image while infusing it with a strong American comic visual appeal. We have fully upgraded the UI to an immersive American comic hand-drawn style, where icons, layouts, and animations all align with the comic aesthetic. The App features zero-threshold operation, supports high-definition watermark-free export, and adopts a business model of “free trial + in-app subscription” to meet users’ creative and sharing needs.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To protect user privacy to the greatest extent, Hroice does not collect, store, or process the following types of information:

• User accounts: The App allows full access to all features without account registration or login, so we do not collect any account-related information such as usernames, passwords, or email addresses for login purposes.
• Facial information: We strictly refrain from collecting, detecting, or analyzing any facial features, facial data, or biometric information related to users or any individuals appearing in uploaded images. The AI only focuses on retaining the main subject characteristics of the uploaded image for style conversion, without extracting or storing any facial details.
• Unrelated personal data: We do not collect personal information such as users’ real names, phone numbers, addresses, location data, device identifiers, browsing history, or usage habits beyond the scope of image processing.

3. Information Processing During Image Conversion

When users use Hroice’s core image generation function, the App only processes the images uploaded by users temporarily to complete the AI style conversion, and we adhere to the following principles in data processing:

3.1 Temporary Processing Only: The uploaded images and the AI-generated comic-style images are only temporarily stored in the App’s local cache during the user’s current session. Once the user exits the App, completes the export of the generated image, or deletes the temporary file, the relevant data will be automatically cleared from the local cache and will not be uploaded to our servers or any third-party platforms.

3.2 Purpose Limitation: The only purpose of processing the uploaded images is to convert them into the selected American comic style as requested by the user. The AI intelligently identifies and retains the main subject, colors, and key details of the original image to ensure the generated work is consistent with the user’s creative intent, without using the uploaded images for any other purposes such as training, analysis, or sharing.

3.3 User Control: Users have full control over the images they upload and the generated works. They can choose to export the generated images to their device’s local storage, share them through third-party platforms, or delete the temporary files directly in the App. We will not automatically share, distribute, or publish any user-generated content without explicit permission from the user.

4. HD Export and Watermark Policy

Hroice supports HD watermark-free export of generated comic-style images. All exported images are saved directly to the user’s device, and we do not retain copies of the exported images. The “free trial + in-app subscription” model allows free users to experience basic style conversion functions, while subscribed users can unlock all comic styles, higher resolution export options, and ad-free services. The subscription process is handled through official in-app purchase channels, and we do not collect or store any payment information from users—all payment data is processed by the respective app store platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We attach great importance to the security of user data during the temporary processing and storage of images. The App adopts local cache encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or leakage of temporary image files. Since we do not upload user data to servers or share it with third parties, the risk of data breach is significantly reduced. Users are advised to keep their devices secure to further protect the images stored on their devices.

6. Third-Party Services

• In-App Purchase Services: As mentioned earlier, subscription payments are processed through official app store platforms. These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we do not have access to users’ payment details or transaction histories.
• Sharing Services: The App provides optional sharing functions that allow users to share generated images to third-party social media or messaging platforms. This sharing is initiated entirely by the user, and we do not collect any data related to the sharing process or the content shared.

We only cooperate with reputable third-party service providers that adhere to strict privacy protection standards, and we will not authorize any third party to collect, use, or store user data through the App.

7. User Rights

Users of Hroice enjoy full rights to control their uploaded images and generated works:

• Right to Access: Users can view their uploaded images and generated works at any time during the current session.
• Right to Delete: Users can delete uploaded images, temporary files, and generated works directly in the App, and the deleted data will be permanently cleared from the local cache.
• Right to Export: Users can export generated works to their devices in HD without watermarks, and retain full ownership and usage rights of the exported images.
• Right to Unsubscribe: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app store platform where they made the purchase, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription cycle.
